Creativity as an Antidote to Burnout
In today’s fast-moving and competitive world, creativity is essential for the success, stability, and longevity of your endeavors.
With AI now handling many everyday tasks and entry-level roles, approaching your work creatively has become key to staying ahead. Investing in this mindset is long-term planning for an uncertain future.
Pocket-Sized Muse is a guided art and mindfulness workshop that helps teams and individuals reconnect and rediscover the clarity that comes from creative play. It’s designed not as a pause from real work, but as a powerful tool for burnout prevention.
Participants will:
-
Engage in guided creative play, using watercolor.
-
Learn how to fold a single sheet of paper into a four-page zine; a small, pocket-sized art piece.
-
Incorporate reflections, affirmations, or poetic/yogic excerpts, transforming their zine into a personal reminder of clarity and inspiration.
No art experience required, just your curiosity and an open mind.

About Daria
I’m Daria, an artist who believes everyone is born creative and loves helping people reconnect with that part of themselves.
I hold a BA in Fine Art and bring over 15 years of experience as a freelance graphic designer, collaborating with a wide range of clients. I’m also a certified yoga teacher, and my creative practice is deeply rooted in mindfulness and embodiment.
After years immersed in the design world, working long hours across creative and corporate industries, I reached a point of burnout. To recover, I stepped away from client work and devoted my time to art, yoga, and mindful exploration. Gradually, I rediscovered balance and joy, and learned that creativity isn’t just about making things, it’s about staying connected to the part of ourselves that can adapt, imagine, and thrive.

For the Creatively Curious
Designed for companies, organizations, and teams who see creativity as essential to progress and resilience, this workshop invites participants into a space of creative play. Together, we transform abstract artworks into a unique, personal zine, pairing them with inspiring text curated to reflect the spirit and needs of each group.
